SAPPHIC-CENTERED DATING & RELATIONSHIP THERAPY THAT HELPS YOU
Find yourself so you can find your person.
You’ve gotten really good at analyzing every text, overgiving to keep someone close, and ignoring your own needs to preserve the connection. You’re ready for healthy, lasting, reciprocal love—but dating emotionally unavailable people and repeating the same anxious or toxic relationship patterns keeps leaving you drained and disconnected from yourself.
Therapy can help you approach love differently. Through the Queer Love Method™️, we’ll clarify what you truly want, heal the unconscious patterns that have kept you stuck, and help you date (and relate) with greater confidence and intention. You’ll learn to trust your intuition, honor your needs, set healthy boundaries, and stay connected to yourself—so you can feel secure in love and create space for the relationship you desire.
You’re choosing what keeps you connected to them—even when it means disconnecting from yourself…
⟡ You put their needs before your own, overgive, and silence what you really want because you’re afraid of being “too much.”
⟡ You keep becoming invested in emotionally unavailable, inconsistent, or avoidant people—and find yourself working harder for the relationship than they do.
⟡ You analyze every text, response time, and shift in tone, searching for reassurance that the connection is still okay.
⟡ You mistake intensity, uncertainty, or longing for chemistry, making it difficult to recognize what secure and healthy connection actually feels like.
⟡ You lose yourself in who someone could become, accepting less than you desire, because letting go—and possibly being alone—feels even harder.
⟡ You second-guess your intuition, struggle to set boundaries, and make excuses for their behavior.
⟡ You understand your patterns on an intellectual level, but that insight alone doesn’t help you stop repeating them.
⟡ You’re ready to find your person—but you want to do it without abandoning yourself along the way.
Meet Katie Quick, MA, LPC
Trauma-informed sapphic therapist in Denver, CO.
Virtual therapy available throughout Colorado.
Hi, I’m Katie (she/her). I help heart-centered sapphics heal anxious attachment, reconnect with themselves, and create the healthy, secure love they desire.
This work is deeply personal to me. As a queer woman, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to navigate dating, relationships, and belonging in a world that wasn’t designed with our love in mind. I also know what it’s like to lose yourself in relationships, question your intuition, survive narcissistic abuse, and wonder whether the love you dream of is truly possible. That lived understanding shapes how I show up in the therapy room—with warmth, compassion, honesty, creativity, and genuine hope and belief in what’s possible.
For more than two decades, I’ve supported queer and marginalized people as a therapist, classroom teacher, social-emotional learning specialist, founder of Magnetic Queer, and creator of The Queer Love Method™️. I believe therapy can be more than a place to process what’s wrong. It can be a place to dream big, rediscover who you are, heal the patterns that have kept you stuck, get inspired, and learn how to trust yourself in both life and love.
This work isn’t just about finding your person. It’s about becoming more who you were always meant to be so you can live from a place of alignment and authenticity…and become wildly magnetic.

My fee for services is $200 per 50-minute session. I have a limited amount of sliding scale slots that will be prioritized for BIPOC and trans clients. There is no guarantee that any of these will be available at the time you call. Please let me know if you need sliding scale fees during our call. If I cannot accommodate, I am happy to point you in a direction to meet your financial needs.

I am currently considered to be an out of network mental health provider.
I am happy to provide you a superbill each month to give to your insurance. Please check with your insurance about your out of network mental health benefits - many of my clients are able to get reimbursement from their insurance.
Why you should consider working with an “out of network” therapist:
No limitations on sessions. We can meet for as long as you need without having to worry if insurance will cut us off, or end coverage, which could abruptly end your care.
Allows me to offer you more flexible, personalized, and intentional care.
Helps me keep your information completely confidential, without needing to share diagnosis or notes with insurance companies.
Allows us to avoid surprise billing issues, which can lead to lapses in treatment.
Lets us focus on what’s best for you, not what insurance says is best for you!
-
I am so glad that you’re considering giving me a call!
You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call by clicking HERE!
During our call we will talk about what is leading you to reach out, I will answer any questions you have about the process, and then talk about logistics of scheduling.

I meet with clients once a week for a 50-minute session.
Research shows that weekly therapy is the most impactful. With this in mind, I ask that you commit to weekly sessions for the first 3-6 months of therapy to establish care and get the support you deserve. I reserve biweekly therapy appointments for those who are transitioning out of therapy.
-
In our first session, we will review intake paperwork together. We will talk about how you are feeling about starting the process, and we will talk about your vision, your goals, and collaborate on what feels important to you. The first few sessions may feel like a bit of story telling to catch me up on your history. I also work intentionally to check in and make sure that our work is still feeling like a good fit for you.
-
Yes! I have coaching packages available for out-of-state clients who resonate with my work. Please reach out for details here.
